Terms of Use

These terms apply to the AHX SEO Labs Chrome extension and seo.ahxlabs.com, made by AHX Labs. By installing or using AHX SEO Labs, you agree to them. Our privacy policy explains how we handle your data.

Using AHX SEO Labs

You may use AHX SEO Labs for personal and commercial work, including for clients. Please don’t:

• use it to break the law or anyone else’s rights, or a website’s terms;
• try to break, overload, reverse-engineer or get around the limits of our services;
• use it to scan websites so heavily that it harms them.

Your account

Signing in is optional and uses your Google account. You are responsible for activity in your account. Tell us at support@ahxlabs.com if you think someone else is using it.

Google services

Some features use Google Search Console, Google Analytics and other Google services with read-only access you grant. Your use of those services is also governed by Google’s own terms. AHX SEO Labs is not made, endorsed or sponsored by Google.

Sites you scan

Only scan websites you own or have permission to test. Site scans are limited to sites you verify you manage in Search Console. You are responsible for any load a scan puts on a website.

AI reports

AI reports are written by an AI model from your data. We check their numbers against your data, but AI text can still be wrong or incomplete. Treat it as a starting point, and check important decisions against the evidence shown with it.

Price

AHX SEO Labs is free at launch. If we introduce paid features, we will tell you in advance, and you will never be charged without agreeing first.

Ownership

AHX Labs owns the extension, this website and their design and content. Your data and reports belong to you.

No warranty

AHX SEO Labs is provided “as is”. We work hard to make it accurate and reliable, but we can’t promise it will be error-free or always available, or that following its advice will improve your rankings or traffic. Search results are decided by Google, not by us.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, AHX Labs is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for lost profits, revenue, traffic or rankings, arising from use of AHX SEO Labs. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer law that cannot be limited.

Ending your use

You can stop using AHX SEO Labs at any time by uninstalling it and deleting your account in Settings. We may suspend access if these terms are broken, and we will tell you why where we can.

Changes

We may update these terms. We will change the date on this page, and tell you in the extension about important changes before they apply.
